Welcome to my new site, Welcome to my World!

It’s great to have you here.

Sometime in 2015, for the first time, I watched Sarah Jakes Roberts preach and I remember totally falling in love with her so I went on to research and read about her (her past and present) and I remember telling myself “This is exactly who I want to be – Once lost, now found and helping others get found”.
I had just found God then and had just begun my journey of self discovery.
I had a picture of who I wanted to be, what was left was to find my way there through Prayers, Mentorship and Growth.

And as time unveiled things and I got exposed to more of God and more of life, I realized I didn’t want to be like just one person, there is much more to me. I have a calling, a purpose and an assignment and so do you!

There’s nothing wrong in discovering more about yourself on the way and making corrections where necessary. You don’t have to know everything and have it all together before you make a move.

You were crafted to do something peculiar for your generation. How then do you find your way from the “little place” that you are to the great place you have in mind.

In 2016, I started My blog on WordPress where I shared helpful tips for our daily living, lessons from the scriptures and lessons the Holy Spirit taught me.

It has been an amazing experience because blogging is a huge part of me. As time went on, my online community GREW, my traffic GREW and so did my sphere of influence.

Getting to this point is also a function of GROWTH. I have GROWN to a point where I feel it’s time to get my own domain.

I’m still growing as where I am is nowhere compared to where I’m going.

Job 8:7 Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.

While in pursuit of passion, it is expected that we grow. In whatever you’ve chosen to devote your time to, a level of advancement is expected from you chronologically.

It is your responsibility to have the courage to MOVE and GROW from the little growing person that you are to the great organization, career or firm you believe you are called to.

It’s not easy letting go of the likes and amazing followers on the other site but Growth and Movement is compulsory.

I’m excited to share my new site with my amazing readers after a long construction time.
This is a big shift for me, moving from WordPress to my own domain.

This is a new site but the aim isn’t very different from my old site. Here, you’re going to be getting a wide range of knowledge because it’s a versatile blog but amongst others, you’re going to be reading;

  • Summarized forms of powerful day to day lessons the Holy Spirit teaches me.
  • Tips to a healthier and better life, physically and mentally.
  • Posts that celebrate ladies and help them become better in all areas of their lives.
  • Lessons that mould young girls/women and make them great women for God.
  • Interviews with great people on various aspects of life.
  • Little things that’ll daily bring you closer to God.
  • My journey of love, purpose and passion..

At the end of a hectic day or in between a busy day, it’s my prayer that you come here and find SOLACE.

A Short Prayer For Ladies/Women.

Hey guys!
Happy Friday! TGIF.

Part of my assignment is to build up girls/ladies/women that’ll love and be passionate about God.
So God laid it in my heart to share a prayer for ladies.

Take a look at Lessons for the Proverbial Girl.
Read the words with the consciousness of what they mean and expect results. Apply areas of your life where necessary and trust God for a performance. Nothing is too small to be prayed about.

Luke 18:1.

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

So here it goes;

Sweet Jesus,
Thank You for Your unstoppable love for me even in my filth.
Thank You for Your Word that is meat to me.
Thank You for my family and my friends.
Thank You for everything You have done.

Lord I ask that You help me get intimate with You daily. Through my busy life, help me to acknowledge and be conscious of You; nothing should separate us.
On days when I have to seek a little deeper before I find You, help me to relentlessly pursue.
I ask for a deeper level of intimacy with the Holy Spirit.

Lord I ask that You help me see myself as beautiful as You see me.

Song of songs 4:7

“You are altogether beautiful, my darling, beautiful in every way

On days when I feel too small, too big, bloated, ugly and not enough, Help me to know that I am worth Your blood.

Help me to genuinely love and admire other women.
Take away hurt, pain, jealousy, anger, and low self esteem from me.
Let me sincerely care for people even when they’re not nice to me.

Matthew 5:44. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Build and make me until my frail self becomes a powerful woman that moves the world for you.
Bless my Parents, mentors, siblings, family and everyone that loves me.
Bless my husband and kids (born and unborn).
Bless my finances and my career/business/job, help me become a reflection of Your Excellence and Wisdom.
Let my gift bring me before Kings.

Make me a woman like Deborah, Esther, Mary and Elizabeth.

I present my body as a living sacrifice, Holy and acceptable unto You. Find expression through me.

Help me to love You regardless of circumstances.
In Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Thank you for praying!

BIRTHDAY ? – Lessons learnt

Happy Friday guys!

Feels great to be here again. ?

The love I felt on Monday which was my birthday, is indescribable.

A big “thank you” to everyone who made my day, God bless you.

This past year has so far, been the most enlightening, educative, transforming, eye opening and developing for me.

EIGHTEEN LESSONS LEARNT IN THE PAST ONE YEAR

  • Life is a gift you should never fail to thank God for.
  • Avoid complacency. Hard truth is; most times, you’re not as awesome as you think you are. The greatest enemy to today’s success is yesterday’s success. So increase in skill and wisdom and don’t wait till you embarrass yourself. No matter how much you have achieved; someone has done more and better.
  • A time will come in your life, when “friends” may have to leave, don’t hold on too tight.
  • Your battles are yours. Face them!
  • People will always be people, deal with them in wisdom and guard against offence.
  • Some things are not worth fighting for. Choose your battles.
  • Avoid unhealthy competitions.
  • No matter how strong you are, there are times when you’ll be weak and overwhelmed with life; it’s okay to cry. 1 Kings 19:4
  • No one is destined to fail. Your success or failure is largely dependent on you.
  • You’re never too young to be responsible for yourself.
  • Mediocrity is your greatest enemy.
  • Some things do NOT take time, they only take GOD.
  • Ignorance is very dangerous. Expand and unfreeze your mind, build capacity.
  • Don’t hate anyone. People act based on the level of their understanding; if you were in their shoes and you had the same understanding, you’d do same.
  • School will try to interfere with your education, DON’T ALLOW THAT!
  • Maturity and age are two different things; only a fool mistakes them.
  • Don’t feel pained or inferior when people do not acknowledge you. It simply means you haven’t earned that level of attention. Work on yourself and I promise, they’ll come searching for you.
  • Take risks.

That’ll be all for today. Thank you for stopping by and I’m still in my birthday mood. The whole of December is mine ??.

See you next week!
